Submission Requirements for Newsletter or Website Content:
All articles, including photographs, must be the original work of the individual who submits them, unless written permission has been secured from the author or photographer for their use. Owing to copyright restrictions, we cannot reprint material from other sources, including websites. Brief excerpts under the "fair use" guidelines may be included for reference within a larger article, if credit is given to the source so it can be cited. However, the copying and submission of someone else's work or images is not permissible by law.
Because our club's newsletter and website are relevant primarily to our members, please try to provide items of specific interest to them.
Public-domain items such as "familiar quotations" by well-known individuals are usually permissible and make useful filler. Please provide the name of the person being quoted so it may be cited.
Thanks for your cooperation! - the editor
